Material that requires gentle processing or cannot be atomized in an airstream due to viscosity benefits from tray drying.Convective heat transfer is used in tray dryers to dry solids by blowing warm air over them. Our Tray Dryers have a proclivity to over-dry the lower trays. They only take a minimal amount of labor - simply load and unload.Tray drying is a batch procedure for drying liquid or wet cake materials.
